2. One 5×5 size photograph, taken within the last 6 months
3. Copies and original of your passport and resident card (PR, Employment Pass, S Pass, Student Pass or Dependent Pass)
4. Certificate of Employment from your employer in Singapore
5. Flight itinerary

7. Bank statements for the last 3 months

Fees are payable in cash only, and express processing is not available.
