SB19 performed in an arena full of fans in Singapore, and they proved why they are the top P-Pop group right now.
P-Pop group SB19 arrived at Changi Airport on Thursday, 21 Aug, three days ahead of their Simula At Wakas World Tour in Singapore. The members were warmly welcomed by a crowd of dedicated fans, eager to see the group perform live. This visit comes nearly two years after the cancellation of their previously scheduled tour stop here due to unforeseen circumstances. With their long-awaited return, excitement and anticipation were at an all-time high.
Media Conference: Interview with SB19

Before their concert, I was invited to the media conference held at Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore on Friday, 22 Aug. The boys arrived directly from the Philippine Embassy in Singapore, where they met Ambassador Medardo Macaraig for a courtesy call. In this intimate setting, I had the chance to get up close with SB19.
Concert day: SB19 performs at their sold out show
On Sunday, 24 Aug, A’TIN (SB19’s fandom) packed the Arena @ EXPO, filling the venue with full support for the big day. Before the main event, the boys ran a quick soundcheck and greeted the fans for the first time that evening.
A few hours later, the concert kicked off as men in cloaks entered the stage, adding a mysterious touch. SB19 then launched into a medley of their bangers — DAM, What?, Mana, and GENTO — instantly firing up the crowd.
Performance with two special guests
After the thrilling opening number, SB19 slowed the pace and serenaded the audience with their ballads. Singapore’s very own Benjamin Kheng joined them for I WANT YOU. In my opinion, Ben held his own and delivered an amazing performance alongside the group. They even shared a charming bit of banter afterward, with Ben showing off the Tagalog words he has learnt!
Personally, my favourite SB19 song is MAPA, a touching tribute to parents everywhere. During the show, they performed the Indonesian version with Aruma, a rising Indonesian artist. The crowd responded warmly, and the group promised more performances with her in the future.
These artists from three different countries – Philippines, Singapore and Indonesia – coming together was a beautiful nod to the strong ties among South East Asian nations.
The concert concluded with the song SLMT (Salamat shortened; Thank You in English) which was a fitting way to thank the almost 7,000 fans who showed their support.
SB19 left me in awe and wanting for more

The Simula At Wakas World Tour in Singapore was not short of energy and spectacle, showcasing SB19’s gorgeous voices, electrifying dance moves, striking visuals and truly world-class performance. At first, I arrived as a casual fan, but I left the venue eager to see them live again. Despite their talent and numerous achievements, the members remain genuinely humble. And that humility is one of the many reasons SB19 continues to stand as the top P-Pop group today.
